As everyone who looks here can probably see, I'm a model builder. I've been at it for about five years or so, this replacing my Lego addiction of earlier years. My main focuses are armor and mechs, usually 1/72 scale, though I've been known to do a little of everything.
I haven't completed anything in months, though I'm trying to remedy that. College takes up the majority of my life, but when I do have time to build I either don't want to or can't see a project to completion. Last year I completed the two 1/72 tanks I have in my gallery, this year I've barely touched anything.
Within the next week I'll be leaving for an eight-month internship, and hopefully I'll have more time and ambition for the hobby. Not having exams to worry about will probably help quite a bit, and I won't be working 65+ hours a week at this internship like I did last year. I just started a new project that I've been anxious to get to for a while, so hopefully I'll be able to add this one to the display shelf.
Whoever stops by, let me know what you think of my work. I'm always open to comments and criticism, or to simply discuss the hobby. Thanks for looking!
